CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY: Once the appointment is booked--unless we are told otherwise--we will expect to see your wonderful face! Please note a 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all treatments. As a courtesy, if the appointment is cancelled no less than 6 hours ahead of the appointment, there will be no charge or penalty. If you wish to reschedule your canceled appointment, there will be a $15 fee. The total value of the services scheduled will be charged in full for clients who “no-show” or fail to cancel their reservation within a 6 hour time period.
CHILD/GUEST SAFETY POLICY: Only guests receiving a service may accompany you to your appointment at Luxe. No children under the age of 16 (18 for body wrap services) may recieve services. For safety reasons and to avoid compromising the relaxation of our other guests, no children or other guests may accompany you while you are having a service. Guests with medical condidtions are strongly advised to consult with a medical professional prior to booking any service with Luxe Wellness. Kindly inform us of any existing condition upon check in as services are provided for general purposes only and are not a substitute for ANY medical treatment.
Groupon/Amazon Local/Living Social and other vouchers: My sincerest apologies for the hectic scheduling as things did pick up very quickly at Luxe Wellness. Please contact me at your earliest convenience for scheduling or any questions or concerns! Do keep in mind that prime appointment times (such as evenings and weekends) are the first to be booked! Thank you for your patience and understanding.
GRATUITIES: Recommended range of gratuity is 15% to 20% on the FULL PRICE of service provided. Gratuities can be paid in cash or credit. For your convenience, a 15% Service charge can be added to all spa services at the time of service. The therapists receive 100% of that service charge. If you would like to add any additional gratuity, you may do so by notifying your therapist.
LATE ARRIVALS: Arriving 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment ensures a stress-free check in and a little pre-treatment decompression time as well! :) Feel free to plug our location into your GPS so that you may locate alternate routes should you reach any traffic. Late arrivals within 15 minutes of scheduled start time will have their session customized to fit the allotted time. As a courtesy to our other clients and staff, appointments will be automatically cancelled 15 minutes after scheduled start time and charged according to cancellation policy.
